1st Place Win - THE LATEST AND GREATEST Contest. 12/26/18This 50" x 50" painting was created for and donated to the Hope Center, the Administrative and educational center for "Mama's House, a 501C dedicated to providing a home for women in crisis pregnancies, meaning they are vulnerable with no place to go and no means of support. At Mama’s House, their spiritual, physical, emotional, educational, and vocational needs are addressed, with 250+ volunteers providing transportation, baby-sitting, tutoring, mentoring, parenting-classes. etc The original purpose of this painting was to fill wall space in the new Admin/Educational center. When creating an altar cloth for my church, a "Buy one/get one free," inspired the "Free" print to be this one.. It began the program of selling Signed and Numbered prints to meet unfunded needs for the residents.
