As I was laying in my first colors, Highway Patrol pulled up and approached me regarding the danger of painting on train tracks and a woman alone in a remote area. Such a wonderful painting Maria, I love the simplicity of the shapes and think of you from the railroad tracks to get that perspective, which is really interesting too! Your description is great and reminds me of so many times my hand seemed to take over, very hard to explain that experience but it's really cool when it happens! l.f.pinned!

Beautiful painting of farmlands adjacent to the Salton Sea, with great colors, light and perspective. The Salton Sea and the mountains in the area are great places to go birding, which I try to visit every year or two. F/L
