In preparation for an event to raise funds for Youth Education in the Arts, I created a series of three of the nine muses, daughters of Zeus, in Greek Mythology The drawings were converted to Note Cards and sold in packets of 10, raising funds for the local youth through the McCallum Theatre outside Palm Springs. This pen and ink drawing is second in a series of pen and ink drawings of muses from Ancient Greece. This muse inspires dance. In Greek mythology, Terpsichore (/tərpˈsɪkəriː/; Τερψιχόρη "delight in dancing". The drawings are found in the Black and White Gallery on my site. Including a portrait of Terpsichore.
