Painting - Watercolor On Arches
Description
Working from another picture, this sunrise on a golf course, this was my 2nd attempt at painting a golf scene. The shadows on the mountains an the fairways was beautiful.
Painted in 2001, this was early in my painting career. I loved the light on the mountains an the water hazard.

I thank you. It was so early in my painting journey so I thank you for your kind comment.

What a LOVELY watercolour, Maria! I’ve driven the cart for many a round with my avid golfer husband in the day . While the sport holds no interest for me personally, I will be ever grateful for the stunning views to found on golf courses, such as THIS BEAUTY you captured! SO WELL DONE,

Thank you, John and Inge. At the time I pained this, I had no idea how to really correct problems with Watercolor, however, I sure got the colors right. : )) If you stand back about 40 or 50 feet from the painting, it looks pretty darn good. Laughing.. I just appreciate your liking what is working.. ))
