Description
"Lettuce, Be Friends" was the other title. This painting kept growing to get a good composition. The lettuce, avacado, yellow pepper behind the lettuce were added, no help. OH, this was going nowhere. So, I finally cropped out the Tomatillo, the rest of the yellow pepper and the tomato and made it a square (the original is intact. This looks better, AND, because of the yellow peppers, Avacado and Romaine lettuce, I decided to give it its day in the sun. Think it needs Pen and Ink? It needs something. Comments for improving it are welcome. The original is in a frame behind a door in the guest room.. hidden-- in the dark.

What a wonderful feast of colours, shapes and forms!! i think it is a fantastic composition and the colour easily give viewer a sunny day!! i think this painting need to be hang in a kitchen or dinning area where people eat. would be lovely to eat a fresh home grown salad while enjoy this art!! L/F
