During a recent trip to New Jersey/New York, we spent the day exploring rural New Jersey, including a former farm that had been donated to the State and was an expanded to become an arboretum Near the ancient family home was a garden with flowers of all kinds and butterflies of so many varieties This was from a Photograph I took... it seemed appropriate to draw/paint it on this antique page from an 1884 "Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge".. : ))

It was my husband's Grandfather's Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge.(1884). in the box for "Home for Old Books" (aka trash) I am recycling these 4 ancient books,, one page at a time : ))
