Description

This image was given to "Children's Discovery Museum of the Desert" for use as their annual fundraiser "invitation" and a 2nd painting was created, (without the butterfly text, ) for 3 foot banners to hang from the ceiling, imprinted with the contributor's name , the greater the contribution, the more butterflies on the banner. At the end of the year, the banners were given to the contributors.

The magic of Butterflies and Watercolor come together with an uplifting thought:

Butterflies do not know the color of their wings
but human eyes know how beautiful it is.
Likewise, you don't know how good you are
but others can see that you are special!!!

These pages will be used to raise funds for local charitable organizations through painting gatherings, where guests enjoy wine and lite bites and paint abstract or fun creations on antique pages then, mounted on acid free paper. 1884 Cyclopedia of Universal Knowledge repurposed to enrich and to help others.
